1. Who we are

KwayTrading is operated by Obduindz Services OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "the company"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account data — your username and email address. Your password is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash, never in plain text.
• Usage data — the predictions, analyses and news scans you generate, your monthly AI-action count, and the market parameters you choose.
• Login security — short-lived one-time login codes sent to your email, and basic technical data such as your IP address and timestamps.
• Payment data — when paid plans launch, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Trading bot data — if you enable the optional trading bot, the MEXC API credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used solely to place the trades you have configured.

3. How and why we use it

We use your data to operate your account, generate the AI features you request, send login-security codes, track usage against your plan, process payments, and keep the service secure. The legal bases under the EU GDPR are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us run the service:

• Anthropic — market data and news headlines are sent to the Claude API to generate predictions and analyses.
• Market & news data providers — MEXC, CryptoCompare, CoinGecko and similar, for live prices and headlines.
• Hosting — our servers run on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU.
• Payment processor — for plan billing, once enabled.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising. Without it, the login session cannot work.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, login uses email one-time codes, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and any trading API credentials are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
